Born in Anchorage, Alaska, Fletcher has traveled extensively throughout the western United States, the Far East, as well as London, Berlin, and Paris. He is known for his starring as Randolph Pederson in Ted V. Mikels' sci-fi thriller Astro Zombies M3: Cloned (2010), as well as a principle role as Rex Yee in Derek Stonebarger's drama I.M.
